THE CLEVELAND SHAKESPEARE FESTIVALS
2001 WORKSHOP SCHEDULE
The Cleveland Shakespeare Festival is offering a series of theatre workshops that will be given by area professionals. These workshops have been designed primarily for the 2001 intern company but other CSF company members are welcome, and encouraged to attend. The workshops are also open to the general public at the low cost of $10 per workshop.
The schedule is as follows:
July 7th (Saturday) 3-5 PM: Stage combat workshop with CSF Managing Director Josh
Brown and General Manager Kelly Elliot at the Shaker Heights Colonnade.
July 8th (Sunday) 3-5 PM: Voice/Text work with Much Ado About Nothing director
Lisa Ortenzi, at the Shaker Heights Colonnade. Ms.Ortenzi is also the new
Supervisor of the School Residency Program at Great Lakes Theater Festival.
July 13th (Friday) 3-5 PM: Movement workshop with Cheri Walters at the Shaker
Heights Library. Ms. Walters is a professional mime and actress, and a student of Marcel Marceau.
July 14th (Saturday) 2-4 PM: The Business of Acting workshop with CSF Director of Education Jay Kim, at the Shaker Heights Library.
July 15th 3-5 PM: Exploring Shakespeare's Verse A text workshop with CSF company member Tonya Beckman, at Shaker Heights Community Building.
July 20th (Friday) 3-5 PM: Audition workshop with Cleveland Play House Artistic-

July 21st (Saturday) 3-5 PM: Acting Despite the Text, a text workshop with CSF Artistic Director Larry Nehring, at Tri-C (West)
July 22nd (Sunday) 3-5 PM: Stage combat workshop with Josh Brown and Kelly Elliot.
