MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dobama is seeking a dynamic individual with three or more years experience in theater administration to work in close collaboration with the Artistic Director, PR Director, Education Director and Board of Trustees.  Dobama has recently signed an operating agreement to design, build and operate a two-stage facility.  The qualified candidate will help fulfill Dobama's artisic, institutional and fundraising goals as the theater prepares to move into its new facility. Responsibilities include: supervision of
administrative staff, daily management of annual operating budget, strategic planning, grant writing and other fundraising goals.  Strong management, fiscal and communication and interpersonal skills are required.

PR DIRECTOR
Responsible for leading, managing and coordinating Dobama’s public relations, marketing and community relations programs.  Grow and develop successful strategies for productions, programming and community relations.  Cooperate with Managing Director, Artistic Director, Night Kitchen Director, Education Director and Board of Trustees for publicity, marketing and promotion purposes.  The PR Director works with the leadership of and reports directly to the Managing Director.  REQUIREMENTS: BA (or equivalent) in Public Relations, English, Communications with several years working experience in public relations or print media.  Experience with theatre and the arts preferred.  Strong written, verbal and communications skills required, as well as ability to be self-directed, organized and service oriented.
