Mercury Summer Stock seeks a leading lady to play Dolly Levi in Jerry 
Herman's Hello, Dolly!

Hello, Dolly! tells the story of former life-of-the-party Dolly Levi, who 
emerges from mourning over the loss of her husband with a determination to 
"rejoin the human race".  Based on Thorton Wilder's The Matchmaker,
Hello, Dolly! has proven to be a vehicle for leading ladies such as Carol 
Channing, Barbara Streisand, Ginger Rogers, Martha Ray, Betty Grable, Pearl 
Bailey, Phillis Diller, and Ethel Merman.

Mercury Summer Stock is planning on billing this great american classic in 
June/July of 2002.  If you are interested in auditioning for the role of
