The Second City is announcing open auditions for its Cleveland- based =
ensemble.=20

The Second City Cleveland, opening in the Playhouse Square theater =
district March 2002, is searching for actors to become part of the =
Cleveland resident Mainstage cast. The Second City is a member -theater =
of the Actor's Equity Association and through its special agreement with =
the union, both Equity and Non-Equity actors are eligible to audition =
for the ensemble. Those wishing to audition should have acting and/or =
improvisational experience.=20

Auditions will take place Tuesday December 11th and Wednesday, December =
12th from 10am to 5pm.  Callbacks will be held Thursday, December 13th =
from 10am to 2pm. Audition candidates must be 19 years of age or older.  =
Actors do not need to prepare material for the audition.  Candidates =
will be asked to perform short improvisations to establish their acting, =
improvisation and comic skill levels.=20

To schedule your audition time, please call the Second City Cleveland =
office at (216) 685-0100 between 12:00 PM EST Monday, December 3rd and =
5:00 PM EST Wednesday, December 5th.  =20
NO AUDITION CALLS WILL BE SCHEDULED BEFORE THIS TIME.  =20

No candidates will be considered without a scheduled audition =
