The following positions are available for the Porthouse 2002 season.

COMPANY MANAGER May 13 - August 15, 2002
1. Work with Managing Director to insure the smooth running of the company and 
season administratively.
2. Coordinate company housing, carpooling, parking, course registration, 
company communication and special events
3. Assist the Managing Director to solve all personnel and material problems
4. Serve as liaison between Porthouse Theatre and Eagle's Pointe Apartments
5. Serve as resident expert about URTA Actors' Equity Contract
6. Prepare all Equity reports for the Managing Director's signature in a 
timely manner
7. On an emergency basis substituting into any administrative position

ASSISTANT COMPANY MANAGER/HOUSE MANAGER May 13 - August 15, 2002
1. Assist Company Manager to insure the smooth running of the company and 
season administratively.
2. Supervise and run front of house operation
3. File House Manager reports after each performance
4. Coordinate curtain speech, and curtain, intermission, and end of show times 
with Production Stage Manager
5. Assist Facilities Manager in supervising parking lot attendants
6. Stuff playbills with inserts/Track that programs will last the run of show
7. Handle all customer service issues as they relate to front of house 
operation
8. Insure cleanliness of the facility before the audience arrives
9. Enforce house rules and maintain safety standards in all public areas

BOX OFFICE MANAGER May 13 - August 14, 2002
1. Train, schedule and supervise box office staff
2. Maintenance of cash handling policies and procedures; including shift and 
daily transaction reports, sales reports and deposits.
3. Attend production and front of house meetings as scheduled
4. Lend assistance to the marketing effort as needed.
5. Handle customer service needs, complaints and problems
6. Co-ordinate dinner orders, pavilion reservations, and special needs with 
facilities/concessions and house management.
7. Handle, process and oversee subscription, group and single ticket sales.
8. Assist with concessions sales as needed.
9. Assist with record keeping to include regular database updating and 
periodic box office activity reports as directed.

FACILITIES MANAGER May 13 - August 15, 2002
1. Maintain the general appearance and safety of the Porthouse grounds at 
Blossom.
2. Supervise student work parties and crews at Porthouse Theatre
3. Keep insect and critter situation under control
4. Co-ordinate with box office and house management in matters of audience 
control, audience safety, parking and special needs
5. Maintain daily cleanliness of theatre space and dressing rooms
6. Prepare Porthouse grounds for opening and closing of the season


CONCESSIONS MANAGER May 13 - August 15, 2002
1. Maintain inventory, ordering, and bookkeeping for concessions operation
2. Train and supervise concessions staff
3. Arrange timely deposit of all concessions receipts and reports
4. Co-ordinate with Box Office Manager or Company Manager for the ordering of 
concession supplies
5. Assist Facilities Manager in the maintenance of Porthouse grounds
6. Maintain daily cleanliness of picnic and concession pavilions
7. Help prepare Porthouse grounds for opening and closing of the season
