I have a relative who's employer is interested in possibly booking a =
murder mystery-dinner theatre style show for an employee banquet near =
Warren, Ohio. He is willing to pay(depending on amount) for the =
evening's entertainment, but we were not sure what the status was on any =
(if any) dinner-theatre packages around the area. Could someone =
(anyone) who may be interested in or has any information regarding this =
please e-mail me back asap.

                                                                         =
                   Thank you very much,

I know that some of you out there are friends of members or may be =
interested in hearing this wonderful chorus, so please feel free to pass =
along this information:

Holiday show sellout, Mayoral ball, CD project, Valentine fund-raiser =
keep NCMC rolling=20

CLEVELAND - On the heels of two successful holiday concert performances, =
more than 70 members of the North Coast Men's Chorus accepted the =
invitation of new Cleveland Mayor Jane Campbell to perform at her =
inaugural celebration Saturday, Jan. 5, at Cleveland State University's =
Convocation Center. Shaking the hand of every singer making his way to =
the stage for the four-song, 20-minute set, Campbell thanked everyone =
for partaking in "A Ball for All." Diversity was the theme of the =
evening, so NCMC's numbers included powerful message songs such as Who =
Will Love Me as I Am? from Side Show and Make Them Hear You from =
Ragtime.

On the concert front, NCMC's decision to stage multiple performances of =
each show this season looks like a good one so far: The "Naughty and =
Nice" holiday performance Dec. 15 drew a capacity crowd of nearly 800 to =
Cleveland State University's Waetjen Auditorium, marking the group's =
fourth consecutive sellout spanning the past two seasons. The Sunday =
matinee of "Naughty" drew an appreciative audience of about 500.

NCMC reached another milestone on Jan. 12 when it began recording =
selections for its first commercial CD. The group worked diligently with =
Music Director Richard Cole, Accompanist Bob Day and the recording team =
for more than five hours to record a half dozen songs, each from NCMC's =
recent holiday concert. Additional recording sessions will be held after =
the April and June concerts.

Presently, the chorus is preparing for its third annual "Hearts on Fire: =
A Musical Valentine" fund-raiser, to be held Saturday, Feb. 9 in the =
English Oak Room of Tower City in Downtown Cleveland. The event begins =
with a social hour at 7 p.m., followed by dinner, a floor show featuring =
NCMC singers, and dancing. Cost is $75 per person. Invitations may be =
obtained by calling 440-473-8919.

Next on the NCMC concert plate is "Miss B. Haven," a festive celebration =
of the roaring sounds and reeling steps of the '20s, '30s and '40s, on =
April 6-7 at Waetjen Auditorium.=20

For more information about NCMC, including membership information, =
concert schedule and ticket outlets, call 440-473-8919; log on to =
