[NEohioPAL]JCC Halle Theatre seeks musical director for Joseph

The Eugene S. & Blanche R. Halle Theatre is seeking an experienced Musical
Director for their production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor*
Dreamcoat, music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, lyrics by Tim Rice.  This
production is being directed by Jacqi Loewy, with choreography by Eric van
Baars.  Rehearsals begin March 25, and performances will be May 11 - June 2,
2002.  This is a paid position. 
The Musical Director is expected to be in attendance at all production
meetings with the Producer, Director, Techincal Director and designers, to
work collaboratively with the director, orchestra and cast to create a
professional, polished sound, and to complete the rehearsal process
efficiently, accompanying rehearsals and preparing the actors and orchestra
for tech week and performances.  They are also responsible for locating and
hiring (along with the Producer) the musicians to serve in the orchestra, as
well as compiling a list of musical instruments/equipment that needs to be
covered under the JCC's insurance.
