     The Frames are a Dublin, Ireland five piece who's been at it since the 
early 90's.  Their record, for the birds which Howard Greynolds released 
here in the U.S. was Hot Press's (Ireland's version of Rolling Stone) Album 
of the Year; U2 came in third.  Live they don't dissapoint.
