The Eugene S. and Blanche R. Halle Theatre Stonehill by Starlight =

Series presents A Note from the Classics: An Evening of Classical Music =
and
Art on Sunday, February 24th at 7:30 p.m. in Stonehill Auditorium at =
the
Mandel JCC, 26001 South Woodland Road, Beachwood.  This elegant evening =
of
classical music brings together musicians of the highest caliber for =
one
special performance.  From all corners of the globe, these virtuosos =
now
call Cleveland home and will share their talents for one magical =
evening.  A
fine art auction, courtesy of Opus Gallery, will accompany the music. =09
	Tickets are $16 for members of the JCC, $17 for senior citizens, and
$18 for general admission.  Drinks and desserts will be available for

About the Performers
	The concert will feature performances by world-renowned musicians,
including Margarita Shevchenko (concert pianist), Lev Polyakin =
(violinist,
member and Assistant Concertmaster of Cleveland Orchestra) in a quartet =
with
Takako Masame, Paul Kushious and Kevin Switalski, Vladimir Deninzon
(violinist with Cleveland Orchestra), Lyubov Deninzon (concert =
pianist),
Misha Pisman (tenor, Cantor at Park Synagogue), Tanya Groys (concert
pianist), Olga Bazilevskaya (pianist and accompanist with Joffrey =
Ballet
Company), and Ilya Goldberg (16-year-old violinist virtuoso from =
Russia). =20
About the Art
	An art auction of internationally-acclaimed contemporary masters
will take place during the intermission of the concert.  The art, =
courtesy
of Opus Gallery, will be on display throughout the evening.  Opus =
Gallery is
an art gallery specializing in Contemporary European Art with an =
emphasis on
Russian Fine Art.
