NEohioPAL has expanded it's scope to include a forum / message board.

Areas of discussion are wide open to any performing arts topic of interest, 
but can include productions, reviews, personal reviews, educational / 
technical essays and questions.

This does not change the scope of the regular NEohioPAL mailing list. 
Reviews, 'Mike and Ike,' and personal opinions may still be posted to the 
mailing list. Choosing to post to the list or to use the forum is at your 
discretion. This policy is subject to change.
