23rd Season
Resume's being accepted for 23rd Season
Lucia Colombi, Artistic Director is accepting resumes for the following
positions available . All postions are part time and paid positions.
Management asks you to send a resume by May 10

Administrative Assistant
Duties will include a minimum of 30 hours per week. Mist me organized and be
able to handle many tasks and unexpected situations. Maintain theatre files,
mailing lists
Equity and non equity contracts. Computer literate, Internet research,
Microsoft Word, Excel. Admin. Asst will also serve as House Manager,
maintaining box office, volunteer staff and concessions during performances.
Stage Manager
Normal stage manager duties including opening and closing theatre during
rehearsals and performances. Assist director in writing blocking, set floor
plans, collect and maintain properties. Stage manager will also call
technical cues and conduct lighting and sound during performances and student
matinees/educational outreach tours.
Public Relations
Publicize all productions through newspapers, radio and television. Press
releases, photos, theatre time tables. Also be able to handle public speaking
in regards to the season, working with graphic artist for flyers and
brochures. Must put in 12 hours at theatre office. Also prepare and attend
opening night receptions
Marketing/Group Sales
Marketing special interest groups, group sales, mailing lists. Prepare a time
line of marketing and group sales activities prior to opening season. Sell
advertising in season program and seek corporate sponsoring for productions.
Must be computer literate.
Also seeking Technical Director, Costume and Lighting Designers
Ensemble Theatre produces seven plays per year and is committed to modern
American Classics, Significant contemporary works, and the African American
Experience
Interviews will be held mid May
