Porthouse Theatre stages the mythical love story Brigadoon

Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio =96 This mythical love story will capture your heart with 
beautiful song and amazing dance. Brigadoon runs July 26th =96 August 11th. 
Preview performance is July 26th at 8 PM and opening night is July 27th also 
at 8 PM. Artistic Director Terri Kent directs this extraordinary fairy tale. 
The opening night performance, July 27th will be followed by a free champagne 
reception.

Set in the Highlands of Scotland, Brigadoon is an extraordinary fairy tale 
that challenges reality, illusions and the true meaning of love. Full of 
beautiful song and amazing dance this unique love story will capture your 
heart. Under the direction of Porthouse Theatre Artistic Director, Terri Kent, 
Lerner & Loewe=92s classic, musical comes to life. Brigadoon previews on July 
26th and opens July 27th. A free champagne reception will follow the opening 
night performance. Come early and enjoy Porthouse=92s Greenshow every night. The 
Greenshow is pre-show entertainment focusing on the music, dance and folklore 
of the Highlands of Scotland performed by Porthouse=92s Young Professional 
Company. Opening night will also feature a Scottish Dance Troupe before the 
production begins. Brigadoon will run until August 11th with performances 
Tuesday =96 Saturday at 8 PM and Sunday at 2 PM on the grounds of the beautiful

Single tickets can be purchased by calling 1-800-304-2363 or 330-929-4416. 
Ticket prices range from $15- $20 with discounts available for students and 
seniors. Group tickets are currently available by calling the same numbers. 
Groups consist of ten or more people and prices range from $10 to $17 
depending on the size of the group and day of performance.

Porthouse Theatre was founded in 1971 and is one of only a few summer theaters 
in the area. Set on the beautiful grounds of the Blossom Music Center, 
Porthouse offers audiences the finest in professional summer theater. The 
comfortable 500-seat, outdoor, covered pavilion theater is located next to the 
Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Cuyahoga Falls. Audience members are 
encouraged to arrive early to picnic on the grounds or in our new picnic 
pavilion. Picnic tables and the beautiful scenery are provided free of charge. 
We can also pack you a picnic. Order your boxed dinner with your tickets.
