Hudson Players to Hold Community Talent Show Next Weekend

The Hudson Players will host a Community Talent Show and fundraiser next =
weekend, which promises entertainment for all. Acts include singers =
(ranging from pop to contemporary county to opera), dancers, musicians, =
improvisational comedy troupes, washboard players and more.  =
Performances will be held at the Barlow Community Center Thursday =
through Saturday evenings, (Sept. 12 thru Sept. 14), at 8 p.m. =

"The show really promises to be fast moving and very entertaining," said =
Gary Maher, talent show producer.  "We had a great variety of acts =
audition which are not only very good by themselves, but together should =
make for a incredibly entertaining and fun evening in the full tradition =
of talent shows. It really is amazing how much talent is in this area."

The talent show is a pre-curser to the Hudson Players upcoming 2002-2003 =
Season which opens in November with the off-beat comedy, Dearly Departed =

for info), continues with the musical adventure Man of La Mancha in =
February, and finishes with the thrilling suspense comedy Communicating =
