Flanagan's Wake
Celebrates 1 Year Anniversary

Cleveland, OH - Due to the tremendous support of Cleveland "mourners" the 
hilarious audience-interactive theatrical production, Flanagan's Wake will 
celebrate its 1 year Anniversary on October 11, 2001. Flanagan's Wake began 
this run at The Power House Pub & Cabaret on October 11, 2001. Flanagan's 
Wake, an audience-interactive Irish "Wake" was written and produced 
originally by Noble Fool Theater in Chicago and has been selling to packed 
houses there and other venues for over 8 years.  In the play, the audience 
helps refresh our "addled minds" by reminding us all how it was that 
'Flanagan' died.  They share their memories of the man; his favorite stories, 
dreams, vacations, et cetera...  They can also state their claim and try to 
get their "grubby mitts" on the fine parcel of land left by our recently 
departed friend, drinking mate and resident of the mythical town of 
'Grapplin', in the not-so-mythical County Sligo, Ireland.  

Ye are all welcome to help pay your last respects to Flanagan who has 
departed this world.  Join his dearly beloved who will gather to give him a 
proper sendoff and celebrate one year of this wildly funny and irreverent 
Irish wake.  Come shed a tear, have a laugh, sing a song or two, and share a 
few pints. There will be a "Special Anniversary Show" on Friday, October 11. 
This will include Flanagan's Wake at 8:00P.M., a post show party, light hors
