AUDITIONS FOR YOUTH THEATRE PRODUCTION OF
HAMLET

Weathervane Playhouse will hold AUDITIONS BY APPOINTMENT for HAMLET, by  
William Shakespeare, directed by Sean McConaha, Monday and Tuesday,  December 
16 and 17  beginning at 4:00 p.m.

Callbacks, if necessary, will be held on Wednesday, December 18

The nine performances run March 15 - 29, 2003.

Auditions will be held at Weathervane Playhouse, 1301 Weathervane Lane, 
Akron, in the Valley off Merriman Road.

Cast requirements: 15 roles:  Ages 14 - 19 and four adult roles available

Prepare:   Please prepare a memorized two-minute monologue from any of 
Shakespeare's plays.

Weathervane Playhouse is committed to non-traditional casting.  Except in 
cases where race, gender, age or disability is essential to the play, all 
roles will be cast on the basis of talent.  Weathervane Playhouse is a 
community theater.  All performers in all productions are volunteers.  For
