Beginning in the spring of 2003, Indie Cleveland will launch the Indie Cleveland Cinema Workshop. The six-week program is designed to give a "baptism by fire" into the art and techniques of creating and being involved in independent movies and television in Cleveland, Ohio. 

The Indie Cleveland Cinema Workshop (ICCW) will feature six fields: acting, editing, cinematography, directing, pre-production and screenwriting. Each field is limited to 12 students. The classes will consist of twelve two-hour weekly classes and provide an intensive, participation driven course of study. Each instructor will be an award winning professional and currently working as an independent in their field. 

Indie Cleveland's Mission is to help foster a movie community in Cleveland Ohio by providing resources and networking opportunities in cyberspace and at monthly meetings. Indie Cleveland will also act to bring awareness of the talented moviemakers, actors and crew in Cleveland, Ohio. Indie Cleveland is welcome to everyone who makes movies, acts in movies or supports the movie community here.
