[NEohioPAL]Indie Cleveland seeks Officers for upcoming election

As Indie Cleveland gets ready for its program "The Indie Cleveland 
Production Workshop, (ICPW)" it takes another step in expanding. Indie 
Cleveland has been moving at an accelerated pace. Which is a good thing. 
As Founder, I have decided to build the Officers of the organization. 
Any member of the group is eligible to run for office. All positions 
will require devotion and time to making this a movie community. 

*President - oversees the direction of Indie Cleveland and the networking 
meetings.
*Vice President - assists the President is setting policy
*Secretary - e-mailing the group with news about Indie Cleveland and 
keeping notes at meetings
*Treasurer/ Fundraiser - responsible for raising funds for Indie 
Cleveland programs and other financial matters
*Webmaster- - moderating the Yahoo! Group and overseeing the website.

The ICPW is underway. The first speaker for 2003 is set. It is Johnny Wu 
of MDI films at 7pm on Jaunuary 22nd. Two other speakers (first time 
writer and director Ed Cambron and award winning director David 
Manocchio) are lined up for the next two meetings in Febraury and March. 

Which leaves the April meeting and beyond open. Anyone who is seriously 
considering coming aboard as an Officer of Indie Cleveland is welcome to 
arrange and host the meeting in April. Also canidates should email me at 
indiecleveland at yahoo.com about their plans for Indie Cleveland and

After canidates are set, then they can present their plans for the group 
in June 2003. It is expected Indie Cleveland elections will be held in 
the Fall of 2003. Canidates will be able to present to members their 
plans for the organization.

The Founder will not be running for any position! He will make certain 
each elected officer has the tools necessary to assist Indie Cleveland 
in making this a movie community.
