Westlake Rec Center THIS THURSDAY, 2/13/03 starting at 8am.  =
Participants may be approved for 6.5 hours of continuing education =
credits (RCHs or PDUs-depending upon your field of specialization?).  =

Project CARE and US Customs.  The purpose is to bring law enforcement =
together with the substance abuse prevention, treatment and educational =
communities to increase drug interdiction while reducing demand through =
education.  Where else can you get 6.5 credit hours, coffee and lunch =
for $20?  ANY interested party may attend.  You DO NOT have to be a law =
enforcement officer, counselor or school teacher to benefit from this =
