Hi Friends,

If you know of any families with a high school senior, please forward this
scholarship info to them. I've had an awesome response to this new contest
and hope to (with the help of a few corporations) keep this a yearly event
for students.

The CXO Ethics scholarship is open to all high school seniors in the US and
Canada. The CXO Project brings the discussion and research of 'ethics' into
the classroom. Students are invited to write a 900 (or less) essay on the
topic and submit it via postal or email. The deadline for the essay is April
15th, 2003.

ENRON & WORLDCOM SCANDALS
INSPIRE MOVIE AND NATIONAL
ETHICS SCHOLARSHIP CONTEST
FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

-- Ethics film and contest attracting business world
and 2002 Oscar Winning Producer --

Dallas, TX: "CXO", a satiric look at corporate greed
has inspired a nationwide ethics scholarship contest
for high school students. David M. Burrows, former head of marketing at
Yahoo, was able to use his own
experiences in writing and directing this film.
"CXO," has also drawn from the recent events of the
Enron, AOL Time Warner, WorldCom and JP Morgan
scandals.

The "CXO Ethics Essay Contest" will encourage high school students
to write a nine-hundred word essay on
what ethics and morals means to them and how they apply them to their lives
today. Burrows carefully selected the judging panel to include
representatives
from William and Mary, Georgetown University, Vanderbilt, Dartmouth, Rutgers,
SMU and Yahoo. "The goal of both CXO and the ethics contest is to raise
awareness for adults along with our future leaders and decision makers," says
Burrows. "The idea hit me after seeing Lou Dobbs on CNN's Moneyline ask
'what
good can come from this corporate travesty'." This project attracted the
attention of 2002 Oscar Winning producer/writer Curt Johnson who has been
added as producer for "CXO." AntStuie.com Productions will shoot and edit
the mockumentary set to open this spring.

"CXO" takes us on a rollercoaster insider's view into
the corporate world where short term profits and
golden parachutes rule.

Proceeds from "CXO" will fund a yearly scholarship award of five-thousand
dollars along with ten winners receiving a laptop computer, backpacks,
Airline miles
and other student-related gifts and services. The winners will be announced
May 2003.
