			*	Utah has the Sundance Film Festival, France has the Cannes Film =
Festival, and Cleveland has the International Film Festival. Some of =
the best independent films the world has to offer will be shown right =
here in Cleveland. The 27th annual Cleveland International Film =
Festival is underway through March 30th at downtown's Tower City =
Cinemas. Joining APPLAUSE from the film festival is the Associate =
Programmer, William Guentzler.

			*	A local artist finds an illuminating way to create colorful art. =
David C. Barnett recently visited the studio of Cleveland artist, Jeff =
Chiplis. Taking neglected neon signs, Chiplis has designed some very =
eclectic masterpieces that are on display now through April 4th in the =
Tremont area.

			*	An old Greek myth tells the tale of the father and son who escaped =
the labyrinth with wings made out of wax. That influential flight has =
become the inspiration for a group of choreographers from the =
Cleveland's Dancing Wheels. Mary Verdi Fletcher, founder of Dancing =
Wheels and Sabatino Verlezza, artistic director talk about this very =
special project.
