I’m a 20 year old theatre student with a lot of big ideas and hope, but this idea could be the singularly most important that I’ve ever come up with.

The problem is I need a lot of help; a LOT o help.  This could help sooo many lives if only we could get the whole theatre community involved. Right now its just a pipedream and doesn’t seem very likely, but there are so many of you have at least part of the power to make this idea a reality, and if we all work together, this may just be able to happen. 

 I’ll stop rambling now and tell you all my idea:

 I want to start a local community tour of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" where underprivileged, handicapped, disabled, burn victims, cancer patients, or any child who may need that extra spark of hope into their lives will be cast as the children’s chorus in our productions. However, their roles are not merely to be the silent listeners to the story.  I  want a child to be on stage at all times interacting with the cast.  THEY are the stars and it is to appear to them that they are directly involved in the outcome of the story.  This will not only potentially make a huge impact on the children involved in these productions, but could be an inspiration to anyone who watches it.

 Like I said, right now it’s just a big dream. MANY things need to happen.  I need a producer, I need the rights, I need money, I need musicians, I need a cast and crew, I even need the kids. A numerous amount of volunteers are needed. Right now all I have is the hope that this project can become a reality.
