<DIV>Would anybody be interested in putting together a casual 15-30 minute live act?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I'm thinking about some songs in the public domain (or songs that aren't royalty-heavy) or original compositions, or song parodies performed by me with a pianist/vocal arranger, a couple of dragqueens as backup singers/dancers, and a really patient choreographer (who is almost eligible for sainthood).</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>We could keep it light, loose and fun, for exposure only at first (<U>I</U> certainly don't have any money to pay anyone), and go to open-mic nights, warm-ups for drag shows, Black Box Theater at Cabaret DaDa, B-movie filmfests, etc.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Of course, I'm looking for professional work-ethic and performance-level for a program that would be kind of kitschy/campy classy.  Think of the old Yofreakka Dyekka shows at 620/Numbers, except with live singing instead of lip-syncing...</DIV>
