Three Saturday Sessions, June 7th, 14th & 21st, 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM 

Actors, here's your opportunity to learn or hone your Scene Study and 
Monologue techniques which will help you get cast in professional theatres, locally, 
regionally and nationally. 
    In this 3-session, 5-hour workshop, Learn how to:
         .  Work with another actor: the dynamics of observing, listening & 
reacting 
             .  Create a 'process' to approach your scene and discover your 
character.
             .  Solve character & actor problems which arise in Scene Work 
and Monologues

Fee:  $45.00.   AFTRA/SAG/AEA      Registration paid by Wed., June 4th.

Three Monday Sessions, June 9th, 16th & 23rd, 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM.

Participants should come prepared to focus & work on the Craft of being a 
playwright.
Discover how to combine your Creativity with the Structural Skills to make 
your play, sketch or scene come alive.  Follow guidelines to develop your work 
so that you may market and submit it to local, regional or national play 
readings. 

The series studies:
 "The Craft:  Developing Characters, Content & Format" Study the techniques 
for  
   various types of scripts (stage plays, screen plays, & TV scripts).
 "Putting the Elements Together" Concept, Characters, Content, Conflict, 
Conclusion
 "Readin,' Writin,' & Reacting"  Workshop your drafts to get reactions and 
guidance to    
  edit your material to make it more marketable.  
 "Revising, Refining & Rehearsing"   Workshop your revised scene or one-act 
drafts or 
  final copy to get reactions and guidance to edit your material to enhance 
its marketability   
  to producers & play readings.
