The Progressive Arts Alliance is pleased to announce

Music of My Mind: Creating Musical Biographies, a summer camp/documentary
film project for students entering grades 6-9 in the fall.

The Progressive Arts Alliance, in cooperation with Judson Retirement
Community, presents Music of My Mind: Creating Musical Biographies, an
interactive documentary film project in which students can learn about
popular culture and music from the residents at Judson. The program will
take place Monday-Friday, June 16-June 27, 2003, 9 a.m.-12p.m. at Judson
Retirement Community, 2181 Ambleside Drive in University Circle,
Cleveland.

Music of My Mind is a two-week summer camp that will engage students
entering grades 6-9 in following:
„h Learn research and interviewing methods
„h Interview Judson residents
„h Explore various topics in popular music history
„h Operate a digital video camera and boom microphone
„h Learn more about video production
„h Make a documentary film

The registration fee for the ten-day, two-week camp is $175. For

The Progressive Arts Alliance (PAA) is one of Cleveland¡¦s newest
non-profit arts organizations. PAA is a collective of musicians, dancers,
poets, MCs, visual artists, actors, and DJs/turntablists with a strong
