Next week there will be a fundraiser held to support the making of a
short film here in Cleveland. Local screenwriter Robert Ruggeri has
written a short 20 minute film, which is a horror miovie spoof, being
filmed at the old Holden Estate in Bratenahl. The cast and crew are
organizing this event to raise money to finish shooting and editing the
film. Currently much of the shooting has been accomplished through the
hard work and volunteer time of the cast and crew. No members of the
cast or crew are being paid for this. The main goal of this is to serve
as a learning experience for many of these young filmmakers and film
enthusiasts. The final finished film will be entered and shown in film
festivals both locally and nationally. Film stills and other
production info can be seen at www.neonmoonlight.com. Below are the
details on the event...

Wednesday, June 18th
7pm - until close (10pm)
Mossimo di Milano (Detroit Rd. & 25th)
open bar, wine & beer (liquor is available at regular price)
buffet style dinner
music and dancing
$35 per person

Tickets are available through the website, they can also be purchased at
the door on the night of the event. This is a great way to support the
film community in Cleveland as well as help spread the word of the
Cleveland filmscene. Support would be greatly appreciated.
