Boy Gets Girl

Will audition at The Beck Center on:
                                                Monday, June 30th @7PM
             and                    Tuesday, July 1st @7PM

Director Sarah May seeks a talented cast of 7 for this provocative
look at stalking by the acclaimed author of "Spinning Into Butter", 
produced by Beck last season to great critical acclaim.

BOY GETS GIRL offers up a tale of Gotham singledom you won't be seeing 
anytime soon on "Sex and the City". A disturbing chiller about a woman whose life of 
accomplishment is quickly destroyed by a disturbed admirer, the play works 
powerfully at its most basic level, as a suspenseful tale about the unraveling 
of a strong woman's sense of security in the urban jungle. It certainly will 
touch a tender nerve in everybody who's ever squirmed through a creepy blind 
date.

BOY GETS GIRL will open Beck's Studio season on October 3rd, and continue 
until October 26th. Studio Theatre shows play Friday and Saturday Nights and 
Sunday afternoons.  

There are roles for 4 men and 3 women----age range 20 to 50 (women)
and 30 to 70 (Men).

No appointments are necessary. Auditions will consist of reading from the 
script. 

Auditions are open to both Equity and Non-Equity performers. All performers 
over 18 are compensated for their work in Beck Center productions.
