Join us at the Sparx Arts Festival, Friday, July 18th, where MaryLu Franks 
from the WAKE UP And LIVE's Actors' Studio performs as Emily Dickinson,in an 
excerpt from her one-woman show in-development, The Belle of Amherst, by William 
Luce. It's free.

It is 1883, and Emily Dickinson, one of America's foremost early female 
poets, is 53 years old.   Emily will entrance you as you enter her eccentric world. 
Be sure to stop by Emily's at ll:00 AM for Act 1, and join her for some 
delicious Black cake and gossip about the locals of Amherst Mass.

Then, on July 26th & 27th, WAKE UP And LIVE's Actors' Studio invites you to 
attend "PlayActs. . . a Prelude to Performance" where MaryLu will portray Emily 
in Act 2 of her one-woman show in-development.  "PlayActs . . ." will be held 
at Tri-C East, Building 2, Studio Theatre, in co-sponsorship with Brian 
Zoldessy, Director and the Theatre Arts Department.  For ticket information, please
