College of Wooster Seeks Vocal Director for New Musical

The College of Wooster Theatre Department must seek a last minute replacement 
vocal director for its production of ANTIGONE, a rock musical with a JC 
SUPERSTAR sound. Revisions will be made throughout the rehearsal process, including 
a new book based on the 1997 professional tour. Performances October 30, 31 
and November 1. 

Vocal director would be needed for auditions starting August 26, and two 
weeks of vocal rehearsals (September 1 to 12, Monday through Friday 7 to 10 PM) 
and once a week run-throughs. Additional vocal coachings would be at the vocal 
director's discretion. There is a student musical director coordinating the 
band and assisting the vocal director. Strong keyboard skills a must. There is a 
$1500 stipend for this position. Applicants should send resumes and references 
with phone numbers by email or snail mail. Deadline for submission is August 
17.
