rs. Bob Cratchit: 30=92s, overworked, short-tempered, sassy; Tiny Tim: earl=
y 20=92s, skinny, crippled, frail but sweet; Little Nell: early 20=92s, lar=
ge, sensitive but with a =93look on the bright side=94 attitude; Gentleman =
1: 30=92s, multiple roles from well-dressed business man to comic, cheerful=
 Christmas-lover; Gentleman 2: 30=92s, multiple roles including George Bail=
ey, wealthy business man and a downtrodden maid; Ghost of Jacob Marley: 50=
=92s, anguished ghost; The Nice Mrs. Cratchit: 30=94s, lovely, calm, speaks=
