Auditions for the Medina County Show Biz Company's holiday production of
Uh, Oh! Here Comes Christmas will be at the Medina Performing Arts
Center, located in Medina High School on Sunday,
September 21 from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. and Monday, September 22 from 7:00 -
9:00 p.m.  One baritone is needed, but other singing parts may be
available to strong singers.  Come prepared to tell a story (the play,
based on the works of Robert Fulghum, is a series of vignettes in story
form) and to do a cold reading from the script.  Singers should prepare
one song and bring piano sheet music. No cassettes or CDs, please.   
Accompanist is provided.  Song must be memorized.  Production dates are
December 12 at 7:30 and December 13 at 2:00 and 7:30 at the Studio
Theater, located in the Medina High School Performing Arts Center.

Directions to the Performing Arts Center:

>From Cleveland and north:

71 South to the first Medina exit (SR 3).  Turn right. Performing Arts
Center is on the right about 3 miles from the exit.  There is a traffic
light at the entrance to the Performing Arts Center and City Recreation
Center.  The Performing Arts Center is the building with the stairs
leading to the entrance.

>From Akron and east:

77 to SR 18 (Market Street) west.  Follow 18 71 north.  Exit at SR 3 and
turn left and follow directions above.

>From the west:

Follow SR 18 east into Medina.  Turn left at the second street at the
Medina Square (Broadway).  Turn right at the next street (Liberty). 
Follow Liberty to the high school.  Use the second entrance (turn left)
and follow the directions above.

>From the south:

Follow SR 3 north into Medina.  Turn right at the first street on the
Square (Washington), Turn left at the next street (Broadway) and turn
right at next street (Liberty). Follow Liberty to the high school.  Use
the second entrance (turn left) and follow the directions above.
