The University School Theatre Department is proud to open its fall season with the World Premiere of THE YEAR THAT TREMBLED written by Scott Lax based on his novel.

Chronicling the year that spans from September 1970 to 1971, THE YEAR THAT TREMBLED is an absorbing account of a group of boys who have just finished high school as they wait to learn their fate in the Vietnam draft lottery. It is a story too of relationships- of friends and lovers, husbands and wives, of who stays and who goes.
