Talley's Folly is a Pultizer Prize-winning and Tony Award-winning play by Lanford Wilson. Set in an ornate Victorian boathouse (a'folly') in 1944 in Lebanon, Mo.,the two character play portrays Matt Friedman, a Jewish accountant from St.Louis who has come to plead his love to Sally Talley, daughter of a well-to-do family. Talley's Folly lasts 97 minutes if all goes well. 
 
Lakeland Theatre is located at Lakeland Community College/Performing Arts Center. Take I90 east toward Erie,PA. Get off at Route #306. Turn right (south) on Rt.#306. Turn left at first light (into Lakeland Community College). Turn right at stop sign. Turn right at the next stop sign. Turn left into Faculty/Staff parking lot. Parking is free. Theatre is to the left of the Clocktower.
