According to the cast of characters in the Beck Center Studio production
of Jeffrey, the answer is a resounding YES! =20

Jeffrey, a post-AIDS comedy, hysterically tackles every possible
stereotype as the title character vows eternal celibacy in this now
dangerous world of sex and relationships. (Contains mature subject
matter, not recommended for children.)=20

Cleveland's own Brian Zoldessy is the director of this
off-Broadway hit that, while a little bawdy and wild, doesn't ignore the
serious side of the subject it is dealing with. Jeffrey author, Paul
Rudnick finds a way to elicit laughter and touch the heart at the same
time. Rudnick received the Obie Award, the Outer Critics' Circle Award
and the John Gassner Award for Outstanding New American Play for
Jeffrey. He is also the author of I Hate Hamlet, Raving and Cosmetic
Surgery.
The Beck Center's production of Jeffrey runs November 21
through December 14 in the Studio Theater and features Scott Esposito as
Jeffrey and Nick Koesters as Steve. Show times are Fridays and
Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. and Sunday matinees at 3:00 p.m. Audiences will
have an opportunity to support the AIDS Task Force at the performances
on December 12, 13 and 14. Tickets for Jeffrey are $22 for adults, $19
for seniors and $15 for students (25 & younger with ID). Discounts are
available for groups of 20 or more. Jeffrey is sponsored by the Gay
People's Chronicle, WCPN 90.3 ideastream and Lakewoodbuzz.com.
In addition to Jeffrey, the Beck Center will also present
Rudnick's one act play Mr. Charles, Currently from Palm Beach. Show
times are November 28, 29, Decmeber 5, 6, 12 and 13 at 11:00 p.m.
following Jeffrey. Kevin Joseph Kelly stars in the title role. Tickets
to Mr. Charles are $10 each. Both Jeffrey and Mr. Charles contain
