HUNTINGTON PLAYHOUSE ANNOUNCES 2004 SEASON

Huntington Playhouse managing director, Tom Meyrose, announced the 
productions the theatre will be producing for their 2004 Season which will be their 46th 
season.  The announcement was made to the opening night audience of their 
current production- "It's A Wonderful Life".

The Huntington season will open on May 6, 2004, with "Jacques Brel is Alive & 
Well & Living in Paris" .  "Brel" has the second longest record of 
performances at Playhouse Square behind "Tony & Tina's Wedding".

The next show is a British comedy called "Funny Money" by Ray Cooney about an 
accountant who pick up the wrong brief case and finds 750,000 British Pounds 
in it. That opens on June 10th.

That will be followed by the musical "Little Shop Of Horrors" which is 
currently playing on Broadway.  "Little Shop of Horrors" will open on July 8th.  
Cole Porter's "Anything Goes" will open on August 19th. 

The rest of the season will include the comedy "I Hate Hamlet" opening 
September 23rd, and "Catch Me If You Can" a mystery opening on October 21st.  The 
final show of the season will be "A Christmas Carol" opening on November 26th.

The theatre has gift certificates and season passes on sale now for the 2004 
season for those who wish to give the gift of live theatre as a holiday gift.
