The NEohioPAL picnic
will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2004 from 1:00pm through late evening at
The Centerville Mills Camp. It is located at 8558 Crackel Rd., Bainbridge
Twp., Ohio 44023, MapQuest: Centerville Mills Camp
There are ballfields, fire pits, a pavilion with picnic tables, an outdoor
pool (we MIGHT be able to use that), volleyball courts, a playground, a lodge
and other indoor facilities. They don't have barbecues, so people who want to
cook can bring their own.
The camp is located on a beautiful 165 acre site with plenty of woods and a
bucolic waterfall.
Over four hundred of your colleagues from dozens of performing arts
organizations have (tentatively -- it is rather far in the future after all) rsvp'ed to
the event. I hope you will mark your calendars and join us that day. If
you want me to put you on the "tentative rsvp list" reply to this message.
It will be a pot luck and BYOB. There will be more details to follow as we
get closer...
