[NEohioPAL]Kent State University EA/Tech Open House - 01/10/04

This Saturday, January 10, 2004, Kent State University will hold an =
Entertainment and Arts Technologies Open House from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 =
p.m. at the Main Campus in Stump Theatre. Special presentations and =
tours start in E. Turner Stump Theatre, Music and Speech Building at =
1:15 and 2:45. Doors open at 1:00 and 2:30. In addition to many fun =
surprises and hands-on demonstrations, the EA/Tech Open House will also =
feature a mini-rock concert by the Cleveland area band, Jady Kurrent, =
prior to the tours of the facility.

College and high school faculty, students and administrators as well as =
anyone from the theatrical community who is interested in the new KSU =
Entertainment Arts and Technology Certificate Program are welcome to =
attend.

The event is jointly sponsored by the Theatre and Dance Department along =
with their technology partners. Vincent Lighting Systems, as one of =
KSU's partners in this event, is providing a complete automated lighting =
package, technical support, as well as static equipment, effects and =
other new lighting tools.=20
