BAD EPITAPH THEATER COMPANY
PRESENTS A STAGED READING OF
"THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION"
BY KIRK WOOD BROMLEY

In honor of Presidents=B9 Day, Bad Epitaph Theater Company will present a
free, public staged reading of THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION by Kirk Wood Bromley
on Monday, February 16 at 7 PM at the former Second City Cleveland, 2037
East 14th Street in Playhouse Square.

THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION tells the story of our nation=B9s origin with passion=
,
humor and song. Playwright Kirk Wood Bromley won the Excellence in
Playwriting Award at the 2002 New York International Fringe Festival for
this tale, pitting the doubt-filled George Washington, loyal Benedict
Arnold, and the hapless Rebel Mess against the most powerful empire the
world had ever known. Will they succeed?

Bad Epitaph presents this staged reading, free and open to the public, to
raise awareness for their summer production of AM REV, directed by David
Hansen, the play=B9s first production outside of New York City. Refreshments
and a cash bar will be provided.

Special Guest Readers include Alison Hernan, Nick Koesters, William
Marshall, Brian Pedaci, Dee Perry, Scott Plate, Randy Rollison, Tim Smith
and Thomas Weaver.

AM REV is Bad Epitaph=B9s fifth anniversary production, and is produced with
the support of the Cleveland Theater Collective.
