Brian's condition is pretty much the same.  I have not, until now, =
discussed the specifics in order to protect his privacy, but here is =
what I can tell you:

1.  Brian has suffered kidney failure.  He has regular dialysis.  His =
doctor hopes the damage to his kidneys may reverse itself and that they =
will resume normal function.  We're waiting and praying for this to =
happen.
2. The cause of the kidney failure is still undiagnosed, and may be =
related to a gastrointestinal problem.  Originally he was thought to =
have a perforated ulcer.  No ulcer has  been found however and so his =
doctors are looking for other answers. =20
3. We anticipate a long period of recovery once he has been released =
from the hospital, but no release date has yet been set.

Brian still prefers no visitors or calls.  Thank you for continuing to =
respect that.
