Issue 31, which will provide $10.5 million dollars in public funding for arts 
and cultural programs, will be on the ballot March 2.  You can only 
contribute your vote if you are registered to vote.  The deadline to register is 
Monday, February 2 at 4 pm.  Voter registration cards will be available between now 
and Monday at 3:30 pm in the lobby of the Cleveland Play House.  The building 
opens at 8:30 am and stays open most evenings.  Fill out the voter 
registration card, and leave it at the Play House lobby desk.  All cards will be brought 
to the Board of Elections by 4 pm on Monday.  Act now if you want to register 
your support for the vital importance of arts and culture to our region.
