present Student Dance Festival 2004 =93Kinentity=94 in Wright-Curtis=20
Theatre in the Music & Speech Center on the main campus of Kent State. =20
The production will be at 8:00 p.m. on March 12, 13 and at 2:30 on=20
March 14. =20
By definition, =93Kinentity=94 is the art of finding one=92s self through=
=20
movement.  Aptly named, the production includes the reflective=20
choreography and performances by students of the School of Theatre &=20
Dance. =20
=20
=93Panic-Struck=94 by Tori Tedesco, explores the effect of panic on=20
everyday life, while Stephanie Iervoline tackles the =93behind the=20
scenes=94 reality in Hollywood in her piece =93(Diamonds Are) Made under=20
Pressure.=94
=93Harmonious Tergiversation=94, a solo work by Kate Leishman, is a study=
=20
in self-reflection and features music by Ashley Story.

Sharon Dercoli=92s dance =93LOSS=94 examines the nature of friendship and=
=20
grief, while Rebecca Egyud=92s piece =931-2-1=94 is concerned with events o=
f=20
September 11, 2001 and the impact it had upon young adults of America.

An exploration of the nature of evolution and its effect upon society=20
is incorporated in Lora Eves=92 =93The Seventh Winter.=94  Kristi Schaffner=
=20
uses stream of consciousness as the inspiration for her work, =93Daydream=
=20
Strings.=94

Kelly R. Simmons illustrates the conflict between one=92s private life=20
and the fa=E7ade created to please the outside world in =93OUTSIDE=94 and=
=20
Erika Young addresses the process of revealing one=92s inner self in=20
=93Knoeme.=94

Tickets are $10 adults, $8 seniors, KSU Alumni and Faculty and $7=20
students with valid ID or under 18.  The School of Theatre & Dance Box=20
Office is located in the Music & Speech Center and is opened 12 p.m. =96=20
5 p.m. Monday =96 Friday, 3 p.m. =96 7 p.m. on Saturday during the run of=
=20
the show and one hour before performance times.  Call 330-672-2497 to=20

credit card.  The box office accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
