Near West Theatre will audition children ages 9 - 13 for The Hobbit on =
March 30, 31 and April 1 from 6 - 7:30 p.m. each night. It is only =
necessary to attend one audition. Please arrive 15 minutes early to =
register. Auditions are held at St. Patrick's Club Building, 3rd floor, =
3606 Bridge Ave. (corner of W. 38th & Bridge Ave. in Ohio City).=20

The show includes a large singing and dancing chorus. All roles are open =
and no experience is necessary. Come audition in a relaxed and friendly =
atmosphere-no prepared material is needed for this group audition. Wear =
comfortable clothing so you can move easily. Anyone arriving after the =
starting time will be asked to attend the next audition.=20

Rehearsals for this free program begin Monday, May 10. They will be held =
after school Monday - Thursday and then, when schools close for the =
summer, rehearsals will be scheduled in the mornings.

The program culminates with three public performances June 25, 26 and =
27, 2004.
