The Community Partnership for Arts and Culture, in partnership with COSE, is 
offering the second season of the professional development program for visual, 
performing, literary, media and design arts professionals, Wednesday 
mornings, April 21 - May 12, 2004 at COSE (in the Terminal Tower).  The Artist as an 
Entrepreneur Institute is a four session course and costs $100.  Topics will 
include, developing business plans, pricing structures, and legal and accounting 
basics as well as marketing strategy and planning.  For more information,
