Second City Cleveland Alumni Return Home to Perform Original 

Two-Woman Show

Cleveland, OH--March 16, 2004--Colleen Doyle and Dana Quercioli are proud to announce a return to Cleveland with their first original show, Babymakers.  Babymakers incorporates sketch comedy, improvisation, and music to examine the chasm between perception and reality in everything from presidential candidates’ agendas to hairdresser-client relationships to the dating habits of the terminally ill.

Colleen Doyle wrote humorous cards for American Greetings and appeared in Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding before joining the inaugural cast of Second City Cleveland.  Dana Quercioli was an ensemble member of Cabaret Dada and Habitat for Insanity when she was selected for the mainstage cast of Second City.  

After working together on two Second City revues in Cleveland, Dana and Colleen moved to Chicago to continue studying writing and improvisation.  Since relocating, they have performed with the all-Cleveland improv team Torso at The Playground and are currently studying at the famed ImprovOlympic, where they met and enlisted the talents of director Peter Gwinn.

Babymakers plays the Cleveland Black Box Theatre, located at 1210 W. 6th Street, on April 10th at 7:30pm. For reservations and ticket information, please call 216-696-HAHA.
