Karamu Performing Arts Theater announces an opportunity for local =
authors to vend their material during performance run of the Cheryl L. =
West Off Broadway hit "Jar the Floor" directed by regional theatre =
director Caroline Jackson-Smith. It opens Friday May 14 - June 13, 2004 =
in the Jelliffe Theatre. Previews are Wednesday and Thursday, May 12 and =
13. Those responding will set up at a provided table in the Kappa Room =
next to the theater and sell their materials to the audience before and =
after performances for a 15% royalty fee on all gross sales. Interested =
parties should contact the Karamu Performance Arts Theatre office at =
216-795-7070 ext. 242 to reserve a table. Limited space available on =
first come, first served basis.

Karamu is located at 2355 E. 89th, at the corner of 89th and Quincy in =
the heart of the Fairfax district.
