Field Service Technician
Grand-Vincent Detroit

Effective immediately, a full-time technical position is open to =
coordinate the service department activities for the Grand-Vincent =
Detroit office, bench repair electrical and electronic equipment, =
communicate with customers, and execute equipment designs for Project =
and Product Sales.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, learning the proper =
operation of lighting control equipment and communicate proper operation =
to customers and employees, assist in the troubleshooting of lighting =
control equipment, execute custom work orders and system turn-ons as =
assigned by the Service Manager, answer technical questions regarding =
the proper installation and use of lighting equipment, and work with =
outside vendors to arrange for parts, supplies and additional repair =
services.

Three to five years in electronic and electrical bench repair as well as =
a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Theatre or certified electronics school =
or its equivalent is required. Previous business experience in a similar =
capacity and knowledge of lighting systems and their proper application =
is desirable. Must have reliable transportation with a good driving =
