er Dance Camp 04.=E2=80=9D =20
This five-week summer intensive, running from June 21- July 23, offers a=20
divers curriculum of ballet, modern and hip-hop dance techniques taught by C=
CDT=20
company members and distinguished dance professionals from Northeast Ohio. =20
Classes meet daily from 10am-2pm and will take place at CCDT Studio, 1075 Ea=
st=20
74th Street, Suite 100 B, Hodge School Dance Annex.

Criteria:
1)    Students must possess the desire, committment and passion to move in=20
new and exciting ways.
2)  Students must write a 250-word essay on why attending this program is=20
important to them.
3)      Parents must demonstrate financial need based on current Federal=20
Poverty Guidelines
4)      Students and Parents must complete application/registration form=20
along with $25.00 fee.
5)      Parents must provide students with appropriate dance attire (call fo=
