The AIDS Task-force of Greater Cleveland would like to offer you an opportunity to highlight your talents by participating in Dancin’ in the Streets. Dancin’ is an all day event held on Sunday, July 25, 2004 from 1 p.m. – 9 p.m., at the Cleveland Scene Pavilion Stage, in the west bank of the flats. We expect over 4,500 myriad visitors from a five-state region, all convening into Cleveland for this extended weekend of fun and fund-raising.

To add a special element to this event for all who attend, we are encouraging talented performers from Greater Cleveland and the surrounding areas to showcase their talent and to help kick-off the day long event. If you have performed at this event in the past, then you know it is one of the largest and most publicized events in Cleveland, and has been for over 20 years.

At this time, we are looking for ROVING entertainment ONLY. That can include, but is not limited to; magicians, clowns, jugglers, fire eaters, mimes, stilt walkers, belly dancers, and any type of walk-around entertainment imaginable. We need the hours of 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. filled and you are free to accept donations from the crowd and pass out any promotional materials you may have. This event receives national media coverage all across the country and includes, print, television, radio and internet. Your act is sure to gain the publicity you deserve.

Please contact Eric Brouman at Eric at ericbrouman.com if you have any questions or are interesting in performing for this major Cleveland event. If you plan on attending please let Eric know as soon as possible. This is the last year for Dancin in The Streets, so make sure you’re a part of history.

Look forward to seeing you performin’ at Dancin’!
