A film by Mario Van Peebles

This docudrama by the director of NEW JACK CITY and POSSE is an homage to 
independent filmmaking in the 1970s--specifically to that of Van Peebles' father, 
Melvin, who shot the blaxploitation classic SWEET SWEETBACK'S BAAD ASSSS SONG on a 
shoestring budget in an effort to stick it to The Man.

Starring Mario Van Peebles as his father, as well as Paul Rodriguez, Ossie Davis, 
Nia Long, Rainn Wilson, Sally Struthers, Vincent Schiavelli and David Alan Grier, 
BAADASSSSS! (also titled HOW TO GET THE MAN'S FOOT OUTTA YOUR BAADASSSS) 
chronicles Melvin Van Peebles efforts, from posing as a porn film in order to 
avoid union hassles to trying to convince his son Mario to shave his afro for the 
film to seeking out Bill Cosby for extra financing when the film's future was most 
threatened.

Free Cedar Lee movie passes will be sent to five people who correctly answer the
