The Medina Theater Company, operators of THE ROSE Concert Hall in Medina
(www.therosetheater.com) is seeking partners/investors in the renovation of
the second of its theaters into a dance club for all varieties of popular
social dancing. The club will operate before, during and after performances
in the concert hall as well as on days when the theater is dark. Dance floor
will be approximately 40' X 60' with a second terraced area with tables and
chairs. 

Venue already has a liquor license and existing service bar. Renovations can
commence immediately and  be completed in under 60 days.
