Subscription Sales Manager

Cleveland Public Theatre is hiring a subscription sales manager to oversee
its first ever subscription campaign.  Duties for the 2004-05 season
campaign include the following:

q	Development and implementation of sales plan with established sales goals;
q	Establish sales leads, utilizing database;
q	Work with Director of Marketing on placing advertising for campaign;
q	Follow up with sales calls via phone bank and email; and
q	Manage telemarketing staff.

Candidates must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, excellent
sales and communication skills; ability to work well in a team environment;
ability to work independently.  Experience with Microsoft Access helpful but
not required.

Position runs from August 1 - October 14, 2004.

Compensation:  commensurate with experience and commission-based.
